A practical organiser checklist
- Confirm the final number of teams and a contact person.
- Assign one charged smartphone with mobile internet to each team.
- Make sure every team containing a minor has an accompanying adult aged 18+.
- Brief participants about the public route, road crossings, weather and the meeting point at the finish.
- For a coordinated event, contact us before the day so access can be prepared in advance.
