What age is the game recommended for?
The puzzle level is recommended from age 13. Younger children may join when the activity suits them, but every participant under 18 must remain with an accompanying adult aged 18+ throughout the game.
How many people can play?
One game is for a team of one to six participants. The price is per team, not per person.
Where does the game take place?
The route is in Haifa Lower City. It starts near Haifa Center HaShmona railway station and ends near Kehilat Saloniki Street.
How long does the game take?
Most teams complete the route in 45-90 minutes, depending on their pace and the number of breaks.
What does the captain do?
The captain uses the main login, submits answers and opens hints. Other team members can follow the game in spectator mode on their own phones.
Is there a time limit?
You may pause and continue later from the same account, as long as the game is completed within one month of starting it.
What if the captain’s phone runs out of battery?
Continue from another phone or tablet using the same login details. A fully charged phone and a power bank are recommended.
What conditions are best for playing?
Daylight and comfortable weather are recommended. Follow traffic rules, cross only at crossings and stay aware of the public environment.
What should we bring?
A charged smartphone with mobile internet, water, a hat and comfortable walking shoes. A power bank is useful.

No. After placing your order you receive access and can start at a convenient time while the order remains valid.

No. The game runs in your smartphone browser. You only need a charged phone and mobile internet.

After successful payment, the captain and participant links and login details are displayed. The details are also sent to the phone number provided.
Can we play in the rain?
The game is outdoors. In rain, extreme heat or unsafe weather, do not start and choose a safer time.
Is the route suitable for a stroller?
Full accessibility cannot be guaranteed. The urban route may include pavements, slopes, steps, kerbs and uneven passages. Contact us before ordering about your needs.

Paid car parks are available around Haifa Center HaShmona station, HaNamal Street and Derekh HaAtsmaut. Availability changes, so check a map before arriving.
